This Policy applies to all personal data processing operations carried out by Izzie IT, in the provision of services and platforms made available, covering interactions in Brazilian national territory or directed to individuals located in Brazil.

Data is retained for 90 (ninety) days on servers located in Brazil and in other countries that offer an adequate level of data protection, always respecting applicable regulations. After the period expires or the purpose is achieved, the data is anonymized or securely deleted, unless there is a need to maintain it to comply with a legal obligation, safeguard rights in legal proceedings or upon request of the data subject.
Additional retention criteria include the contractual term, internal investigations, audits, inspections and fraud prevention.
